The URA Draft Master Plan 2025 earmarked Dover-Medway as a major new housing neighbourhood within the Greater one-north area. Several plots previously zoned as reserve sites have been rezoned to residential, and business park parcels within one-north are being rezoned to allow residential use with ground-floor commercial.
This pipeline will reshape Dover over the next decade, adding housing density and supporting amenities while tightening the integration between the residential neighbourhood and the one-north knowledge corridor.
